Invited to address the Enterprise and Culture Committee of the Scottish Parliament on the effects of the Enterprise Act 2002 in England and Wales and the findings of the Bankruptcy Court Survey 2005. On the panel with Mike Norris (Director of Policy, Insolvency Service) and Pat Boyden (Insolvency Practitioner, PriceWaterhouseCoopers) and Stephen Lawson (R3 and Deputy High Court Registrar).
